The short version
Autopostmate writes social posts for your business from records you put on file, checks them, and stops for you before anything is drawn or sent. Everything you put in is yours. Everything that comes out is yours too, once you have read it. The line is a tool that drafts; you are the one who approves, and nothing leaves without you pressing the button. Use it for your own business, keep the knowledge base honest, do not use it to deceive anyone, and pay for the allowance you use. If something goes wrong we will fix what we can, and our liability is limited to what you paid us.
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Kaizen Global, Offices G-80, Greens, Diamond Mall & Residency, Gulberg Greens Block B, Gulberg, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. We operate Autopostmate at outpost.thekaizenglobal.com and this site. By creating an account or using Autopostmate you agree to them. If you are using Autopostmate for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company as well as you.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. It is part of this agreement.
Your account
- Autopostmate is for businesses. You must be at least 18 and using it for a business you run or work for.
- Sign-in is handled by Supabase. Keep your password to yourself. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at once if you think someone else has it.
- Give us a working email address. It is how we reach you about the account, and requests to delete the account must come from it.
- One account holds one business in the current version. Records, runs and the allowance all belong to that business.
What Autopostmate does
You put your business on file: identity, voice, products, proof points, key dates, images. You write a brief. The line researches, writes two caption variants, runs them through deterministic copy checks, fact-checks them against your records and the web, and stops for you to choose one. For carousels and generated singles it then renders slides for the variant you chose, checks them for legibility and logo placement, and stops again for your approval. Finished work can be downloaded as a ZIP, or posted to a connected account when you press Publish.
Around the line sit a planner that suggests posts on a calendar, a news feed that pulls headlines from sources you follow, and a history of every run. The exact stages, checks and features are described in the rules on the front page and may change as described under Availability and changes.
Your content
Everything you type in or upload stays yours: the knowledge base, your images, your logo, your briefs, your planner notes and your edits. We claim no ownership of any of it.
To run the line we need permission to use it. You give us a licence to store, copy, process, display and send your content to the services listed under Services we build on, only as far as needed to run Autopostmate for you. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies held in backups for the period described in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train models, ours or anyone else's.
You are responsible for what you put on file. In particular:
- You must have the right to upload it. Do not put in a photograph, a logo or a piece of text that belongs to someone else unless you are allowed to use it commercially.
- The knowledge base should hold facts about the business. The fact-checker measures claims against it, so if a proof point is wrong the check will pass a wrong claim.
- Keep other people's personal data out of it unless you have a lawful basis to hold and process it. A customer's name in a proof point will be sent to the model like any other record.
What the line produces
Captions, slides and planner suggestions are generated by a language model working from your records and, where enabled, web search. As between you and us, the output is yours. You may use it, edit it, publish it and license it as you like, and you do not need to credit Autopostmate.
Two limits sit on that, and they are the important part of these terms.
- Output can be wrong. A model can state something false, miss a nuance, or write a claim your records do not support. The fact-checker is advisory: it attaches verdicts and questions to help you decide, and it never blocks a draft. A green verdict is a second opinion, not a guarantee.
- Output is not unique. Models produce similar text for similar inputs. Another business with similar records may get similar copy. We cannot promise that output is original, free of third-party rights, or that any intellectual property will subsist in it.
Web search results that the line reads belong to their publishers. Headlines in the news feed belong to the sources you follow. Neither is licensed to you by us.
Review is yours
Autopostmate is built to stop for you, and that is the deal. Nothing is drawn until you choose a variant. Nothing is sent until you press Publish. In return, you are the publisher of everything that leaves. Before you post or export a draft you must read it and satisfy yourself that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the platform and the audience. You are responsible for the post once it is out, for any claim in it, and for complying with advertising, consumer protection and platform rules that apply to your business.
The line will send a brief back to generation up to three times after a rejection. After that it offers the best so far or a layer edit by hand. The cap exists so a brief cannot loop without end, and a run counts against the allowance whether or not you keep the result.
The allowance and payment
- Autopostmate is offered on a flat monthly allowance of runs. The number of runs, the fee, and the billing period are stated when you sign up or when we agree a plan with you in writing. There is no credit system and no pay-per-post.
- A run is one generation request through the line. Caption edits, layer moves, look changes and copy checks do not count. A run that you reject, that fails inside the line, or that is sent back to generation still counts as one run.
- The allowance resets each period and does not carry over.
- Our staff may raise or lower an allowance for a specific account. If we do, we will tell you.
- Where a fee applies, it is payable in advance for each period, in the currency and by the method stated at sign-up. Fees do not include taxes, which are added where the law requires. Fees already paid are not refunded when you close an account part way through a period, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
- We may change fees or the allowance with at least 30 days' notice by email to the account address. If you do not accept the change, close the account before it takes effect.
Connected accounts and publishing
You can connect a LinkedIn account and post approved work to it from Autopostmate. When you connect, you authorise us to hold the access token LinkedIn issues and to use it only to publish posts you explicitly send. We never post on a schedule, on your behalf without a click, or to an account you did not connect.
- Your use of LinkedIn, or any platform you connect in future, is governed by that platform's own terms, and you must comply with them. We are not responsible for what a platform does with a post once it is delivered, for its moderation decisions, or for changes it makes to its API that break the connection.
- Publishing is best-effort. If a platform rejects or fails to deliver a post we will show you the error, and you can retry or export instead.
- You can disconnect at any time from the app. The token is deleted at once.
- Marking a run as posted, for exports you publish elsewhere by hand, is a record you keep, not something we verify.
Acceptable use
Use Autopostmate for your own business, in good faith. Do not use it to:
- Publish anything unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Deceive: fake reviews, invented testimonials, claims you know to be false, impersonating another business or person, or posts designed to mislead about who is speaking.
- Produce content for a business that is not yours or that you are not authorised to act for.
- Send spam, harassment, or content that targets a private individual.
- Generate content aimed at children, or content that is sexual, violent, or hateful.
- Get around the allowance, the rejection cap, or the guardrails, whether by script, by sharing an account, or by opening more accounts for the same business.
- Probe, scrape, load-test, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or the accounts of other customers, or attempt to read another business's records.
- Feed the line instructions dressed up as records or search results in order to make it ignore your own never-say list or checks. It is built to treat those as data, and trying to change that is a breach.
- Resell access to Autopostmate or offer it as your own service without a written agreement with us.
Drafts you flag for our staff are reviewed by people. Flagging is for asking us to look at a draft, not for sending us content that breaks these terms.
Services we build on
Autopostmate runs on a small number of third-party services: Supabase for sign-in, the database and file storage; OpenRouter and Anthropic for the language model; Tavily for web search; LangSmith for pipeline traces; Sentry for error reports; LinkedIn for publishing; and Google Fonts for typefaces. The privacy policy lists what each one sees. Each is a separate company with its own terms, and the service depends on them being available. If one of them changes or withdraws, we may swap it for an equivalent, and we will update the privacy policy when we do.
Availability and changes
- We aim to keep Autopostmate up, but we do not promise a particular level of uptime. Runs can fail part way, providers can be slow, and we may take the service down for maintenance. Where we can, we will tell you in advance.
- The line is built to survive our own deploys: a run in flight keeps going in a worker and resumes from its last checkpoint. That is a design goal, not a guarantee.
- We may add, change or remove features, stages, checks, looks and templates. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice by email where that is practical.
- Autopostmate is under active development. Some features are described on this site as coming. They are not part of the service until they are in the app.
Ending the agreement
By you. Write to us from the account's email address and ask us to close the account. We confirm, then delete the account, the business and everything under it, and tell you when it is done. Export anything you want to keep first; once deleted it cannot be recovered.
By us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used in a way that harms the service or other customers, or where a fee is overdue. For anything short of serious or repeated breach we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we close an account, we will give you a reasonable window to export your content unless the law prevents it or the breach makes that unsafe.
We may also withdraw Autopostmate altogether. If we do, you will get at least 60 days' notice by email, and a refund of any fee paid for the period after the service ends.
Sections on your content, output, review, liability, your responsibility to us, and law and disputes survive the end of the agreement.
Warranties
We promise to run Autopostmate with reasonable skill and care and as described in these terms. Beyond that, Autopostmate is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that output will be accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose, that the fact-checker will catch every false claim, or that a post will perform in any way once published. Any warranty the law would otherwise imply is excluded to the extent the law allows.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.
- We are not liable for the content of a post you approved and published, for claims made in it, or for anything a platform, a reader or a regulator does in response to it.
- Our total liability to you under or in connection with this agreement, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or, if you paid nothing, to 100 US dollars.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you rights these terms cannot exclude, those rights are not affected.
Your responsibility to us
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded, a post you published, or a breach of these terms by you, you will cover the losses, costs and reasonable legal fees we incur as a result. We will tell you about the claim promptly, let you run the defence where that is sensible, and not settle it on your behalf without your agreement.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you are a consumer you may also rely on the mandatory protections and courts of the country where you live.
Talk to us first. Most problems are fixed faster by email than by anything else, and we will try to resolve any dispute informally before either side goes further.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not waived it. This agreement, with the privacy policy, is the whole agreement between us about Autopostmate and replaces any earlier discussion. You may not transfer it to anyone else without our written consent; we may transfer it as part of a sale or merger, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
When we change something that matters, such as the allowance, a fee, what you may do with output, or the limits on our liability, we will email the account address at least 30 days before it takes effect and change the date at the top of this page. Small wording fixes just change the date. Continuing to use Autopostmate after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, close the account before then.
